Developing the leader within you

After finishing internal training program for management levels from March to July, 2010. Mrs. Nhan Huc Quan- General Manager had some comment ideas as follow:

I always keep in mind two principles of developing man power in the book “Developing The Leadership Within You” written by Dr. John C Maxwell: 

The success we achieved once a team work spirit is developed.

The exponential continuous growth we got once a team work spirit is developed.

In my short period, I tried my best to complete the in-house training program for middle management as committed in the beginning by sharing my experience of my reading habit together with experiences in my life time as well as application of academics and experience shared from the author of the book “Developing The Leader Within You”. And the biggest joy of the leader is seeing the fruits from the sowing.

During the course, we had interactive team activities and in turn the individuals practiced making presentation in front of the crowd although some people were still shy and timid. So let’s encourage and motivate each other by the following idioms and proverbs:

On the way into the footprint of man is not lazy (Lo Tan).

Beauty of peacock feathers, the beauty of human learning (Russian Proverb).

Learning is the seed of knowledge, knowledge is the seed of happiness (Gruzia Proverb).
And do not forget the words of Adorable President Ho Chi Minh : "LEARNING IS LIFETIME."
