The policy of replacing, returning, refunding

1. Conditions for replacing and returning goods:

The goods are not in accordance with the specifications and colors as described in Clause 1 of the Contract or in the Order between the Seller and the Buyer.

The product is within the Warranty Period specified in Section III above.

The Product is used in accordance with the Policy of replacing, returning, refunding, performance and warranty condition. Buyers' information should be noted and provided to the seller once there is a return of goods: the buyer must send a written request for return of goods in writing by email or fax to the seller, in which should be presented full of evidences: invoices, product labels and packaging (P / O production, production date); picture (if any).

2. Exemption of returning goods:

Requests for returning good will not be made in the following cases:

The goods are delivered in accordance with specifications and colors as described in Clause 1 of the Contract or in the Order signed / confirmed by both parties.

Product is out of service within the Warranty Period specified in Section III above.

The product may not be used for the proper purpose, performance and regulations of the Warranty or the impact of the buyer's machinery / equipment.

If there is a complaint due to the cause of the product is not appropriate, the seller will conduct the assessment; Check the cause of product defects and handle complaints on the basis of negotiation between the seller and the buyer to overcome - prevention of repeated error.

3. Time of returning goods:

In the case, goods are available: The goods shall be returned to the buyer within 01 to 03 days (working day) from the date of receipt of the notice of the buyer.

In the case, goods are unavailable: The seller and the seller agree on the date of return, depending on the seller's time, but not later than 07 days (working day) from the date of receipt of the notice from the buyer.
