The award recognized New Toyo(Viet Nam)’s leadership and teamwork effort in maintaining a stable workforce and revenue performance during the period (2005-2009) when the economy was facing skilled and professional manower shortage.
Ms NHAN HUC QUAN believes that to prevent the high turnover of skilled and professional staff – the most important is to provide the staff with opportunities to update and be trained on the job. She added that a clean and green working enviroment also plays a part in staff retention.
