New Toyo (Vietnam) receiveda merit award from the ministry of industry and commerical

On the occasion of VietNam Tobacco Association (VAT) 20th Anniversary held in hanoi on 9th July 2010. New Toyo (Viet Nam) was presented with a Merit Award by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Our General Manager – Ms NHAN HUC QUAN was there to receive this award on behalf of New Toyo(Viet Nam).
The award recognized New Toyo(Viet Nam)’s leadership and teamwork effort in maintaining a stable workforce and revenue performance during the period (2005-2009) when the economy was facing skilled and professional manower shortage.
Ms NHAN HUC QUAN believes that to prevent the high turnover of skilled and professional staff – the most important is to provide the staff with opportunities to update and be trained on the job. She added that a clean and green working enviroment also plays a part in staff retention.
