New Toyo (Vietnam) and program of cleaner production

Recently we have been trained by the experts from the Centre of Cleaner Production in HCMC. Now we fully understand the benefits of a cleaner production environment and how it can be applied to our current workplace.

“Cleaner Production” is a major policy, strongly supported by the Vietnamese Government to promote the awareness of saving and protecting the environment at the workplace. It will contribute to the upgrading of the quality of life of all employees and affirm the image of an environmentally conscious company to all its customers and partners. It acts as a “lever” to organize and maintain production and business activities of companies in a more scientific and effective way. It has given us the opportunity to reflect and understand the need to change our approach in life and work in a more professional and progressive way.

In our everyday life as well as operationally at our workplace, we can easily identify what is worn out, obsolete, waste or misuse. Instead of discarding them as waste, we can find ways to recycle and reuse.

To ensure the success of the “Cleaner Production” program in the near future, we would need to understand and comply with the following steps:

SELF AWARENESS -> DETERMINATION TO CHANGE -> SPIRIT TO CONTRIBUTE -> FOLLOW UP OBJECTIVELY WITH PATIENCE -> MEASUREMENT OF RESULTS

Once the working and living environment improves, the people will be the first to feel, empathize with and enjoy the benefits from these changes. And at the Company level, the effectiveness will also be reflected in its organizational performance. Our customers will feel assured they are working with a professional and caring partner.
