When capacity is recognized

To be recognized is the legitimate expectation of all people, no matter where they are in society. The share related to this below is only limited within the scope of work.

Knowledge and skills are key factors for people to step up in the 21st century.

A person's ability to work is assessed on the basis of their labor value.

A person who is always working hard, brainstorming and creative will certainly be more productive than a person working without plan. What we get will be proportional to the degree of effectiveness and the nature of the job we are undertaking.

Accordingly, to improve living standards - ie improved income, we have to constantly accumulate and update knowledge, often practice professional skills in a scientific way, thereby improving productivity and performance work.

In an organization, the individual's ability to contribute is assessed through a standardized system of capacity for each job position.

Defining, assigning work and standardizing behaviors should be based on five levels: 1. Immature, 2.Sometimes need help, 3. Work well, 4.Toward challenging tactics and 5. Toward strategy. This will help the organization avoid controversy over labor value. Employees will also base on this standard to determine their position and depending on their ability, condition and willingness to determine the direction of striving - to stay current or strive to be promoted.

What we receive today and tomorrow will always be consistent with what we have given or given in the past. That is the rule of cause and effect, one of the rules always exists in all times.
