If every person in the company sees the remains of cigarettes on their way bending down to pick up and put into a container of cigarette butts, the company probably will not have to put up sanctions, and no one else is worried about "being victim of a glaring injustice" when faced with the "penalty". We will "suffer" the consequences, resulting from our own poor thinking and unconscious habits.

After all, in order to maintain a green, clean, beautiful environment, it is imperative for the desire of the people doing the work of leading and protecting and caring of everyone.
