So we have entered a new year - At Wood Goat 2015! A new year is full of hope, opportunity and no less challenge waiting for us. We have had a number of reforms that began with the

PROGRAMMING LINGUISTIC THOUGHT profiling in particular by re-structuring the words in the KPI from management to executives.

All goals that need to be fulfilled are based on a plan of action, quantifiability, and a specific supervisory role because a goal without a clear plan of action is a mere idle wish!

All activities in the organizers in 2015 should focus on 3D:

1/. CRETERION (Commit that everything is is planned and done right from the beginning).

2/. NORM (Commit that everything is monitored & balanced on the basis of permitted norms).

3/. QUANTITATIVE (Commit that everything is measured to recognize both errors and results).

Do your best in your ability by systematically developing unique skills and values, as well as promoting collective intelligence and strength to produce unrealistic values for myself and others.

All the problems have solutions. The problem is our capacity to solve it. Challenges will be an opportunity to demonstrate the maturity and strength of each person in the organization. Become such people!
