"SAY THANK YOU FOR THOSE WHO HELP YOU TO MARK IN THE OLD YEAR" and "PROGRAMMING LINGUISTIC TO BE BETTER IN 2015" is two small games that I lead the brothers at the senior level to have fun activities for the occasion of the New Year.

Learn how to express our gratitude in words of sincerity to the team - who helped us complete the task and goal in the past years. This is an act of gratitude and compassion. Learn how to program your positively logical language to motivate yourself to become better in 2015 as a form of auto-suggestion, self-motivation.

I believe that people in the business leadership are sympathetic to me, in order for a business to grow sustainably, building elite, knowledgeable, skilled and well-experienced team is essential.

I understand thoroughly and know by heart an African proverb: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”. No matter how good a leader is, without the support and assistance of those around you, great ideas or aspirations just lie on the desk.

Elite team is a valuable asset of the business. However, the educational environment and background of these people are not the same, so the leader himself must be aware and responsible for fostering proper and consistent awareness of his team. That is why people often use the image of the "motive force" when talking about the role of the leader.

I myself have been working hard to accomplish that mission.
