Handed over values

It is happy to know that I have become a motivational person to compose book for a well-known businesswoman in the seafood processing industry. There was a little lingering and proud when in the launching of her book "Kite flyer", businesswoman Le Thi Thanh Lam is now Deputy General  Director of Saigon Food - I was both a guest and spaker to share with and interact with the audience. On the morning of November 11, 2017, at the Continental Hotel in Saigon, the joy was also multiplied when working with « colleague » - businessman Nguyen Thanh Tan - General Director of Brainmark Company as the host.

This is a rare event when two books at the same time that the two authors are ... father and son. The author of the memoir "My Legacy" is Le Quang Dong - former director of Tien Giang Department of Culture and Information, former vice chairman of Tien Giang People's Committee, parents of businesswoman Le Thi Thanh Lam. The elderly veteran has experienced two wars (a living witness of history), dispite old age and weak, he still has "one heart" with the Party, with the people. He chose to live in a simple, transparent way when he refused the villa to another villa arranged by the State to keep the integrity of a 70-year-old party member. Ms. Lam expressed that her father was the one who gave wings to her childhood dream.

There may be many people in the auditorium the same with me - I could not help but feel tears as I watched the clip of tears streaming down the cheeks when he lit up the incense sticks in front of his wife's altar on the date that he received the 70-year-old medal of the Party. He whispered, "If I had you today, I'd be happier!" A moment of sadness in the eyes, a word of regret sent to his capable wife, who used to be conjungal life and live full life with him.

Back to the story with business woman, author Le Thi Thanh Lam, I learned from her sophistication, sensitivity, enthusiasm, sincerity, frankness, especially hard-working, aggressive " do what she thinks of " of a South West woman. The stories of fear of poverty than death, raising of dreams, affection for the spirit, the magic of the letter as the boss, wife, mother, mentor that was talked by all of her heart, but lively, educational and highly practical application.

As she mentioned in the opening of the book « Entrepreneurs are like a living dictionary or a handbook that if not take notes, handed over, it will lose ». After more than 20 years working in the state environment, then stepped outside and enlisted to Saigon Food, she frankly said that there was regret but but she didn’t repend. She has accumulated valuable lessons in the market to grow up, while recognizing the true value of her own.

The strongest messagethat she sent to student, the young people was that they must know how to  "pass fortune" because young people today are more tempting and selective than the business class of U50, U60. A meaningful and warm book launching ceremony, because it is the embodiment of living witnesses of the times, real people. They carry a great mission, a strong faith and a clear spirit, to put the interests of the organization and others above their own interests. They are the ones who have, are and will hand over the values of beautiful living for people, for life ...
